UFOstart provides this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of http://www.UFOstart.com (the “Site”) and various other websites, like http://www.facebook.com (“Services”). This Privacy Policy applies only to information that you provide to us through the Services. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Services. You are advised to consult this policy regularly for any changes. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service. As used in this policy, the terms “using” and “processing” information include using cookies on a computer, subjecting the information to statistical or other analysis and using or handling information in any way, including, but not limited to collecting, storing, evaluating, modifying, deleting, using, combining, disclosing and transferring information within our organization or among our affiliates within the United States or internationally.

What Information is Collected?

Our primary goals in collecting information are to provide and improve our Services, to administer your membership, and to enable users to enjoy and easily navigate them.

• Purchase Related Information: We receive and store the information you provide to UFOstart when you make an app-related purchase from UFOstart or that you provide to us when you enter promotions or sweepstakes. This personal information, such as a first and last name, valid e-mail address or credit card billing data, may be necessary to purchase postings, subscriptions, enter a promotion or sweepstakes, or otherwise transact business with us. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of our application.
• Information We Collect Automatically: We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, we automatically send and receive information to and from your computer which we use to automatically update (new features, bug fixes, etc.) our products and services that you may use. Like many websites, we also use “cookies,” and other automated tools to obtain certain types of information when your web browser accesses our application. Though such information will typically be used in an aggregated way to improve our products and services, some information may be used to personalize your experience, or to offer you products and services specifically based on your preferences and usage.
• Information We Collect From Your Social Networking Site: When you use UFOstart on a social networking site or when you connect to a social networking site through the Site, we may record information regarding your use of the application. We may also collect other information that is visible on your social networking site when permitted by that social networking site’s Terms of Use as well as collecting additional information that you chose to allow your social networking site to provide to UFOstart. This information may include, but is not limited to, your name, your age, your e-mail address, the location of your computer or handheld device, your profile picture, gender, and the pictures and names of your social networking site “friends”, as well as other basic information regarding your social networking site “friends” that may be provided by the social networking site to UFOstart.
• You may choose not to allow your social networking site to provide us with certain information about you, but then you might not be able to use UFOstart or take advantage of UFOstart’s core features.

How Your Information is Used

UFOstart may use the information we collect about you for any of the following purposes:

• To better understand how users access and use our products and services, including advertising, on an aggregated and individualized basis, for the purposes of improving our products and services, and to respond to customer desires and preferences.
• To provide personalized experiences and recommendations, language and location customization, personalized help and instructions, or other responses to your and other customers’ usage of our products and services.
• To track purchases and usage as necessary for the purpose of our making royalty or other payments to third parties. However, your personally identifiable information will not be transferred to such third parties unless you have been notified in advance and given an opportunity to opt out or cancel.
• To provide the application to you, to bill you, to communicate with you concerning your account, and for other customer service, authorization, account history and billing purposes. This may include credit card authorization and verification for purchases made from UFOstart, location verification for products and services which may have limited geographical access, and the like.
• To offer you content, services, or other products and services.
• To ask you to participate in surveys about products and services.
• To provide you with news and newsletters, special offers, promotions, and targeted advertising.
• To improve our application by providing language and location customization, personalized help and instructions, or other responses to your and other customers’ usage of our application.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party, but we may disclose information about you to third parties acting on our behalf or who are our subsidiaries or affiliates. These third parties may assist UFOstart with processing payments, marketing, resolving service problems, and correcting errors related to the execution of its application. However, we do not give these third parties (other than our subsidiaries and affiliates) an independent right to share or use your personal information.

When is Information Shared?

Information about our users is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We share customer information only as compatible with the purposes described above, and when we have your permission or as described in this section.

• UFOstart Subsidiaries: We may share your information with our subsidiaries and affiliates that we own or control but only if those entities are either subject to this Privacy Policy or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Policy.
• Contractors and Agents: We may employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance (including data concerning marketing and promotional programs), processing credit card payments, providing customer service or for other purposes within the ordinary course of business. These third parties have access to the personal information needed to perform their functions on our behalf. We require these companies to agree (1) to provide adequate protections for your personal information that are no less protective than those set out in this Privacy Policy and (2) to use your personal information only for the purposes for which the third party has been engaged by us. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of these third parties, except as provided by applicable law.
• Business Transfers: As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy online stores, subsidiaries, or other businesses. In such transactions, customer information generally would be one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing privacy policy (unless, of course, the customer consents otherwise). Also, in the event that UFOstart, or substantially all of its assets are acquired, we will provide notice before customer information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
• Protection of UFOstart and Others: We reserve the right to disclose your personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, judicial proceeding, court order or other legal process; enforce or apply our Terms of Service and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of UFOstart, our employees, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction purposes. This does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing personal information from customers for commercial purposes in violation of this Privacy Policy.

Cookies

Like many websites, we use “cookies” to collect information. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your computer’s hard disk for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies for two purposes. First, we utilize persistent cookies to save your registration ID and login password for future logins to the Services. Second, we utilize session ID cookies to enable certain features of the Services, to better understand how you interact with the Services and to monitor aggregate usage by UFOstart Users and web traffic routing on the Services. Unlike persistent cookies, session cookies are deleted from your computer when you log off from the Services and then close your browser. Third party advertisers on the Services may also place or read cookies on your browser. You can instruct your browser, by changing its options, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites you visit. If you do not accept cookies, however, you may not be able to use all portions or functionalities of the Services.

Emailing Via a UFOstart Account

As part of the Services, UFOstart Subscribers may communicate with UFOstart Subscribers and non-registered users through use of their accounts. Where UFOstart Subscribers have selected the option of adding one or more email addresses to an online form, the message they create in the corresponding template will be sent from UFOstart to those email addresses on their behalf. These email addresses will be stored in the address book the UFOstart Subscriber creates and will be used only for the purpose of sending the email communication to the addressee.

Phishing

Identity theft and the practice currently known as “phishing” are of great concern to UFOstart. Safeguarding information to help protect you from identity theft is a top priority. We do not and will not, at any time, request your credit card information, your account ID, login password, or national identification numbers in a non-secure or unsolicited e-mail or telephone communication. Changing or Deleting Your Information

All Subscribers may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information in their registration profile by changing the applicable information in their account settings or, for Services that are hosted on a social networking site, by changing the applicable information in their profile page. If you completely delete all such information, then your account may become deactivated. If you would like us to delete your record in our system, please contact us and we will attempt to accommodate your request if we do not have any legal obligation to retain the record. Security

UFOstart is very concerned with safeguarding your information. We employ administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access. We will make any legally required disclosures of any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your unencrypted electronically stored “personal data” (as defined in applicable state statutes on security breach notification) to you via email or conspicuous posting on the Services in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, insofar as consistent with (i) the legitimate needs of law enforcement or (ii) any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and restore the reasonable integrity of the data system.

International Transfer

Your information may be transferred to - and maintained on - computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, UFOstart transfers Personal Information to the United States and processes it there and your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

Our Policy Toward Children Under 13

The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our files.

Terms of Services

UFOstart - a service of Globumbus, inc. welcomes you. UFOstart provides the UFOstart Services (as defined below) to you subject to the following Terms of Services (“TOS”). You can review the most current version of the TOS at any time at: http://www.UFOstart.com/. By accessing and using the UFOstart Services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of the TOS. The TOS is a legal agreement between you and UFOstart and applies to you whether you are user of the Site and UFOstart Services (defined below), a customer of UFOstart Paid Services (defined below) or a visitor just browsing the Site (collectively, “Users”). The TOS limits UFOstart’s liability and obligations to you, grant us certain rights in your Content (defined below) and allows us to change, suspend or terminate your access to and use of the Site and UFOstart Services. The TOS and the other policies posted on the Site or made available via the UFOstart Services govern your access to and use of the Site and UFOstart Services, including any content, information, products or services therein.

DESCRIPTION OF UFOstart SERVICES

UFOStart connects innovators with investors, relevant talent, and influencers to fund and accelerate lean startups. We help startups quickly acquire what they need, build strategic access and reduce their cash needs by 80%. Global expertise, agile development, and hyperconnectivity can develop, filter and scale today’s hot ventures into tomorrow’s epic successes, and UFOStart’s global crowd platform is where it will happen.

UFOStart is a Facebook-based platform that addresses the needs of three discrete communities: innovators and startups, who describe their concept, stage, and specific needs for the upcoming quarter; investors, who may commit funding, services, infrastructure, or materials; and technical experts, who bring expertise, skills, or strategic access to the venture.

The UFOstart platform may be accessed through its website at www.UFOstart.com (“the Site”), through Facebook at http://apps.facebook.com/UFOstart/ and various medium or devices now known or hereafter developed (collectively, the “UFOstart Services”).

REGISTRATION AND ELIGIBILITY

In order to access certain features of the Site and UFOstart Services, you will have to create a UFOstart account and become a “User.” You must be 13 years of age or older to become a User. If you are between the age of 13 and 17, we encourage you to get permission from your parent or guardian to use UFOstart. When you register with UFOstart and set up your UFOstart account, you agree that all information provided to UFOstart upon registration and at all other times will be true, accurate, current and complete.

When you sign up to become a User, you may be asked to install the UFOstart application through Facebook. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Facebook account and password. You agree to not use the account, username, or password of another User at any time or to disclose your password to any third party. You agree to notify UFOstart immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account.

If you become a User you consent to the use of: (a) electronic means to complete these TOS and to provide you with any notices given pursuant to these TOS; and (b) electronic records to store information related to these TOS or your use of the Site and UFOstart Services.

PRIVACY POLICY

Registration Data and certain other information about you are subject to UFOstart’s privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”). You understand that through your use of the UFOstart Services you consent to the collection and use (as set forth in the applicable privacy policy) of this information.

UFOstart MATERIALS

General. UFOstart makes certain content available through the Site. “UFOstart Materials” mean all materials originated by UFOstart and otherwise made available through the Site and UFOstart Services, including, without limitation, the UFOstart logo, and all designs, text, data, graphics, other files, and the selection and arrangement thereof. UFOstart and its licensors own all right, title and interest, including all worldwide intellectual property rights in the Site, UFOstart Materials, and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein other than your Content. You may electronically copy and print to hard copy portions of the Site for the sole purpose of using materials it contains for informational and non-commercial, personal use only. You will not remove, alter or conceal any copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying the Site, UFOstart Materials, Content or related products and services and you will not reproduce, modify, adapt, prepare derivative works based on, perform, display, publish, distribute, transmit, broadcast, sell, license or otherwise exploit the Site, UFOstart Materials, Content (other than your Content).

UFOstart Trademarks. The UFOstart name and logo are trademarks of UFOstart, and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of UFOstart. In addition, all page headers, custom graphics, button icons and scripts are service marks, trademarks and/or trade dress of UFOstart, and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of UFOstart.

USER CONTENT

You understand that all information, listings, data, text, software, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials (“Content”), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, excluding UFOstart Materials, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. If you are submitting Content on behalf of one or more entities or persons (“third parties”) then you confirm and warrant that you are authorized to act on behalf and bind such entity(s) or person to the TOS. You understand that by using UFOstart Services, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable.

You, or a third party licensor, as appropriate, retain any intellectual property rights in the Content you submit. By submitting Content on or through the Services, you grant UFOstart, under those intellectual property rights, an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to distribute, reproduce, modify, perform and display and otherwise use the Content in UFOstart Services. By submitting Content, you authorize UFOstart to use your trademarks, service marks, trade names, proprietary logos, domain names and any other source or business identifiers in connection with the UFOstart Services (e.g., the display of your job listings). Additionally, if you are a customer, you agree that we may use your name and logo to identify you as a UFOstart customer on the Site and in UFOstart marketing, corporate and promotional materials. Your Content may have been integrated into UFOstart Services as improvements. This license is solely for the purpose of providing, promoting and improving UFOstart Services.

USER CONDUCT

You agree that you are responsible for your own conduct and Content while using UFOstart Services and for any consequences thereof. You agree to use UFOstart Services only for purposes that are legal, proper and in accordance with the TOS and any applicable policies or guidelines. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using UFOstart Services, you will not:

• defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others;
• upload, post, email or transmit or otherwise make available any inappropriate, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or unlawful Content;
• upload, post, email or transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret or other proprietary right of any party, unless you are the owner of such rights or have the permission of the owner to post such Content;
• upload, post, email or transmit or otherwise make available messages that promote pyramid schemes, chain letters or disruptive commercial messages or advertisements, or anything else prohibited by law, the TOS or any applicable policies or guidelines.
• download any file posted by another that you know, or reasonably should know, that cannot be legally distributed in such manner;
• impersonate another person or entity, or falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material;
• restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying UFOstart Services; use UFOstart Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
• remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices contained in or on UFOstart Services;
• interfere with or disrupt UFOstart Services or servers or networks connected to UFOstart Services, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to UFOstart Services;
• use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other device to retrieve or index any portion of UFOstart Services or collect information about users for any unauthorized purpose;
• submit Content that falsely expresses or implies that such Content is sponsored or endorsed by UFOstart;
• create user accounts by automated means or under false or fraudulent pretenses;
• promote or provide instructional information about illegal activities or promote physical harm or injury against any group or individual; or
• transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any items of a destructive nature.

While UFOstart prohibits such conduct and Content in connection with UFOstart Services, you understand and agree that UFOstart may or may not pre-screen Content and shall have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse or move any Content submitted to UFOstart Services.

International users agree to comply with their own local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content, including laws regulating the export of data to the United States or your country of residence.

TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION OF THE SITE OR UFOstart SERVICES & MODIFICATION OF THE TOS.

By User: You may terminate your UFOstart account at any time for any reason by uninstalling the application on Facebook, if applicable, or by sending us an e-mail (contact@UFOstart.com). After receipt of your termination notice, UFOstart will terminate your account.

By UFOstart: UFOstart reserves the right, in its sole discretion, at any time to modify, discontinue or terminate the Site and UFOstart Services, or modify these TOS without advance notice. All modified terms and conditions will be effective after they are posted on the Site (unless a longer notice period is required by applicable law). If any modified terms and conditions are not acceptable to you, your sole remedy is to cease using the Site and UFOstart Services, and if applicable, cancel your UFOstart account. By continuing to access or use the Site and UFOstart Services after UFOstart makes any such revision, you agree to be bound by the revised TOS.

Without limiting other remedies, UFOstart may immediately terminate or suspend your access to the Site and UFOstart Services and remove any material (including Content) from the Site or our servers, in the event that you breach these TOS. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we also reserve the right to terminate the Site, UFOstart Services or your access thereto at any time and for any reason.

After any termination by you or UFOstart: You understand and acknowledge that we will have no further obligation to provide the UFOstart Services. Upon termination, all licenses and other rights granted to you by these TOS will immediately cease. UFOstart is not liable to you or any third party for termination of the UFOstart Services or termination of your use of the UFOstart Services. UPON ANY TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION, ANY INFORMATION (INCLUDING USER SUBMISSIONS) THAT YOU HAVE SUBMITTED ON THE SITE OR THAT WHICH IS RELATED TO YOUR ACCOUNT MAY NO LONGER BE ACCESSED BY YOU. Furthermore, UFOstart will have no obligation to maintain any information stored in our database related to your account or to forward any information to you or any third party.

Any suspension, termination or cancellation will not affect your obligations to UFOstart under these TOS (including but not limited to ownership, indemnification and limitation of liability), which by their sense and context are intended to survive such suspension, termination or cancellation.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold UFOstart, its officers, directors, employees and agents, harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with (i) your access to or use of the Site, UFOstart Services, UFOstart Materials and Content; (ii) your violation of the TOS; or (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property or privacy right.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:

YOUR USE OF THE UFOstart SERVICE, SITE, MATERIALS AND USER CONTENT IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE UFOstart SERVICE, SITE, UFOstart MATERIALS AND USER CONTENT AND ALL MATERIALS, INFORMATION, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES INCLUDED THEREIN, ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. UFOstart EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATING TO THE UFOstart SERVICE, SITE, UFOstart MATERIALS AND USER CONTENT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

UFOstart MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE SITE OR UFOstart SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THE SITE AND UFOstart SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SITE OR UFOstart SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SITE AND UFOstart SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND (V) ANY ERRORS IN ANY SOFTWARE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE OR UFOstart SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED. ANY DOWNLOADING OR USE OF ANY CONTENT OR MATERIAL VIA THE UFOstart SERVICES IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH CONTENT OR MATERIAL.

NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM UFOstart OR THROUGH OR FROM THE SITE OR UFOstart SERVICES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TOS.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT UFOstart SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE, SERVICES, CONTENT AND USER SUBMISSIONS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF UFOstart HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE UFOstart SERVICE; (ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT WILL UFOstart’S CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED FIVE TIMES THE MOST RECENT MONTHLY FEE THAT YOU PAID FOR A PAID SERVICE, IF ANY, OR US $100, WHICHEVER AMOUNT IS GREATER.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The TOS constitutes the entire agreement between you and UFOstart and governs your use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and UFOstart. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate or other UFOstart Services, third-party Content or third-party software. You will not assign the TOS or assign any rights or delegate any obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, whether voluntarily or by operation of law, without the prior written consent of UFOstart. Any purported assignment or delegation by you without the appropriate prior written consent of UFOstart will be null and void. UFOstart may assign the TOS or any rights hereunder without your consent. The TOS and the relationship between you and UFOstart shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and UFOstart agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of San Francisco, California. The failure of UFOstart to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the TOS shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the TOS is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the TOS remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Services or the TOS must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. The section titles in the TOS are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.

VIOLATIONS AND COMMENTS

Please report any violations of the TOS or make any comments by emailing us at contact@UFOstart.com. You agree, however, that: (i) by submitting unsolicited ideas to UFOstart or any of its employees or representatives, you automatically forfeit your right to any intellectual property rights in these ideas; and (ii) unsolicited ideas submitted to UFOstart or any of its employees or representatives automatically become the property of UFOstart. You hereby assign and agree to assign all rights, title and interest you have in such comments and ideas to UFOstart together with all intellectual property rights therein.
